How can I start a career in becoming a Loss Mitigation Consultant?

Im interested in learning more about being a Loss Mitigation Consultant which help individuals from going into foreclosure. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion to where I should start looking or if anyone is in this career right now. I from North Carolina, USA. Thanks

    For people who are going into foreclosure about the only real help available is that of an attorney.

    I recommend that you go to law school, pass the bar and specialize in that field.

    there are a number of very serious legal issues where people really need good legal advice.

    given the current problems in the lending industry, there will be a very large amount of work for attorneys in this field for years to come.
